A leading industrial products provider in Alberta is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage customer order entry and related processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, preferably with Infor M3, and possess the ability to enhance business operations. Accounting technical and workflow knowledge used to conduct complex, thorough and technical analysis of management systems, workflows and requirements. Responsible for the understanding and documentation of these functional requirements in order to clearly identify user requirements and business processes. Change agent, to support user compliance and understanding of new processes.
College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is an asset.
2–3 years in a business systems analyst role, preferably with a focus on customer order management or ERP systems.
Ideal for candidates with existing Infor M3 CO experience seeking to expand their role in system ownership and process leadership.
