A technology consulting firm in York Region is seeking a Business Analyst to provide functional and technical support for applications. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 7 years of experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. This hybrid (3 days in-office) role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications: documenting processes and requirements, preparing UAT, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to process improvements.
The ideal candidate should have 3 - 7 years of technical Business Analysis experience, be motivated to learn new technologies, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, they should have a clear understanding of change management processes, sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology, and a willingness to initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
