Job description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Fleetway organization. Serving federal government (Navy, Coast Guard, Transport Canada), provincial government, and commercial clients in the marine, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors, Fleetway offers comprehensive capabilities in engineering, design drafting, technical services documentation and publication management, integrated logistics support, and project management services.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding clients' business needs, and working to ensure that the IT products or services provided meet those needs effectively.

The Business Success Managers are the primary point of contact, providing support, addressing concerns, and working to maximize the value of technology with business objectives. Strategic engagement may be necessary depending on the account's characteristics.

All successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

This role requires on-site presence.

Qualifications:
