Our client, a market leader in the graphics industry is looking for a Business Planning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Managing forecasting process ensuring that there is always a high qualify forecast loaded into the system.
Supporting wafer order process.
Serving as the key contact for demand to Sales and Asic Operations. Also working with Sales/ASIC Operations on supply allocation.
Participating in the creation of yearly plans and quarterly outlooks and provide volume projections for quarterly business reviews.
Conducting analysis of the forecast and actual sales to project business unit performance and highlight issues to the management team and product team.
Developing models by segment, product line, and channel that help depict the run rate of future products within different channels.
Supporting product life cycle management including: creating generic part number and BOM, helping manage product transitions, and coordinating product end of life communications.
Representing PCBU at the weekly 'triangle process' to minimize supply constraints.
Proactive demand analysis to proactively identify inventory issues, working with BU marketing to create plans to move slow moving, obsolete and excess inventory and minimize write downs.
Building relationships with BU General manager, BU Directors, Product Managers, Sales and Asic Operations.
Manage the Board planning and inventory management for PCBU.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree.

Strong systems skills in general and advanced knowledge of Excel.
