The Business Partner, Culture & Talent acts as an advisor to leaders to support the achievement of business objectives and the implementation of organizational strategy. As a true catalyst for culture and talent management, this person accompanies, advises, and influences managers in all aspects of human resources management.

In partnership with the Culture & Talent team, this person helps strengthen a culture of engagement, performance, and inclusion, and positions the HR function as a strategic lever for collective success.

How will your contributions be showcased?
  • Partnership : Maintains a close and constant relationship with their client group to understand priorities, challenges, and business dynamics, and aligns proactive, integrated HR solutions with the organization’s strategic directions.
  • Advice and Support : Acts as a trusted advisor to managers by providing strategic support in all areas of talent management : development, performance, engagement, compensation, labor relations, and change management.
  • Leadership and Transformation : Plays the role of change agent by supporting managers in organizational transformations, modernizing management practices, and evolving corporate culture.
  • Leadership Development : Supports managers in developing their leadership, decision‑making autonomy, and accountability in team management.
  • HR Analysis and Management : Analyzes and interprets key HR indicators (engagement, retention, performance, etc.) to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend targeted, value‑added interventions.
  • Work Climate : Helps create a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, recognition, and sustainable performance.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Works closely with colleagues from HR centers of expertise (talent acquisition, skills development, compensation, communication, etc.) to design and deploy integrated and coherent solutions.
  • HR Projects and Innovation : Actively participates in cross‑functional organizational projects aimed at evolving HR practices and transforming the Culture & Talent function.
Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years as an HR generalist, including at least 3 years as an HR business partner—experience in the technology sector is a major asset.
  • Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA or CRIA)
  • Knowledge and use of AI tools applied to HR, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other HR analytics and automation platforms, to support productivity, data analysis, and innovation in talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital HR systems (HRIS, collaboration tools).

This position requires fluent bilingualism in French and English as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French‑speaking and English‑speaking partners / clients / suppliers / colleagues.
