The Business Manager is a key leadership role that combines finance administration, human resources, fund development coordination, and general administration. This position focuses on ensuring strong internal processes, maintaining sound financial controls in collaboration with the CFO and external accounting team, and supporting HR policy, compliance and well-managed operations, enabling programs to focus on serving youth.
The Business Manager will coordinate multiple departments across finance, HR and fund development, with access to AI-enabled tools for forward-thinking candidates who enjoy improving efficiency and process intelligence. This is an amazing opportunity to support the local community!
