This department encompasses a diverse range of program areas and locations, including Computer Studies, Design and Visual Arts, Engineering and Environmental Technologies, and Skilled Trades. Program offerings run at the Barrie Campus, the downtown Barrie location, Owen Sound, and Midland. Programs include coop work terms, field placements, and/or other experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for exciting career opportunities in technology, engineering, arts, design, and skilled trades.
We’re seeking a dedicated administrative professional who will play a critical role in managing financial records including budget planning and preparation, risk identification / mitigation, business case development, enrolment planning and management, supervision of staff, coordination of promotional initiatives, coordination of support for events & committees, facilities/equipment management and assistance with special projects for the Dean. If you are passionate about the effective operation of administrative services to the school in support of the academic learning and thrive in a collaborative inclusive environment, this the role for you.
