As a Business Intelligence Engineer, this is your opportunity to be at the intersection of data, analysis, hiring, and strategy that will make it possible for our teams to fulfill that customer promise every day. In this role, you will own data analytics projects from beginning to end, and will build reports, compile metrics, and own ad hoc and trend analysis. You will utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data and drive key recommendations. You will work with Talent Acquisition leadership to achieve business objectives and communicate insights to key stakeholders. You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will provide analytical support for various Talent Acquisition programs, and build tools to surface timely, meaningful, and actionable data that will drive proactive decision making. Your analysis will contribute deeply to the development of our strategy and drive impact against our hiring objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across Amazon to work through complex problems and to create unified scalable reporting solutions at an enterprise-wide level. You will have the opportunity to partner with the central HR Information Systems teams as an influencer on their next generation road map.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
