Job Title: Oracle APEX & BI Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Are you a skilled Oracle APEX Developer with a passion for turning complex data into actionable business insights? Do you thrive in environments where clean data, smart automation, and user-centric reporting drive real-world impact?

We’re looking for a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a high-impact public sector initiative in Ontario. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable web-based business intelligence applications, develop robust ETL pipelines, and empower stakeholders with intuitive, data-driven tools that align operational actions with strategic goals.

🔧 What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Oracle APEX applications with advanced features (interactive reports, charts, dynamic actions)
• Build and optimize ETL / ELT processes using PL/SQL for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading
• Model and manage data across relational and multidimensional stores (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Implement automated reporting, scheduling, alerts, and drill-down analytics
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and IT teams across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ensure data quality, system reliability, and compliance with accessibility standards (AODA)

Qualifications
