We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Customer Success Strategist to join our 4 person Pricing & Analytics Team, reporting to the Director of Pricing & Analytics of a private equity backed company. The position is being filled as a result of strong organic growth to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance our customer relationships and optimize supply chain performance. This hybrid role combines business intelligence, strategic consulting, and customer success to deliver high-impact insights to our top-tier clients. You will be responsible for developing standardized KPI dashboards, creating customer presentations and identifying win-win opportunities to improve our clients logistics operations. The ideal candidate wants to analyze data, drive operational improvements, and make a significant impact at our mid-sized entrepreneurial organization. He / she will have strong attention to detail, be intellectually curious, driven to succeed, and a great communicator. This is a high-visibility role that interfaces with senior executives and key accounts.
