A leading ed-tech company in Kitchener is seeking a Business Insights & Analytics Coordinator Co-op to drive actionable insights and operational excellence. The role focuses on using data and automation to improve efficiency and manage backlogs. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset and are currently enrolled in a relevant program. Position is fully in-person and offers competitive weekly salary ranging from $820 to $1,050 CAD.

As a Business Insights & Analytics Coordinator Co‑op, you’ll join a dynamic team focused on driving actionable insights, automation, and operational excellence across the business. You’ll work cross‑functionally, leveraging AI tools, data and analytics, and automation to identify opportunities for efficiency, automate processes, and help manage and reduce backlog. Your contributions will deliver immediate benefit and create sustainable improvements that persist after your placement ends.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and process improvement, collaborating with team members across disciplines. We’re looking for a business‑ and technically minded individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and is passionate about using data to drive impact.
Please note this role will be fully in person from D2L's headquarters in Kitchener. To be eligible, you must be a current post‑secondary student.
The expected weekly salary range for a student hire in this role is listed below. The base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and school specific salary surveys.

$820—$1,050 CAD
