Business Information Management Specialist

Job Overview

The Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) group at TD Bank Group oversees enterprise AML and ATF programs to ensure compliance across jurisdictions. The Data and Model Management team within FCRM supports AML capabilities by managing data strategies, transaction monitoring models, and customer risk ratings.

We seek a Business Information Management Specialist to develop and maintain data management standards aligned with the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data management processes and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and update data templates.
• Monitor data risk, escalate issues, and support remediation activities.
• Create metrics and dashboards for data quality reporting.
• Manage data issue resolution and support regulatory audits.
• Maintain knowledge of AML data sources and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; 7+ years in data management, AML, or Risk Management.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of AML data needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI is preferred.
• CAMS certification is an asset.
