Job Overview

We’re looking for a General Manager who knows the nightlife game inside and out, someone who can lead a team, drive the business, and keep the vibe on point. You’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, balancing hands‑on leadership with smart operations and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Crew: Recruit, train, and inspire a team that delivers incredible service and unforgettable nights.
  • Run the Show: Oversee day‑to‑day operations (staffing, scheduling, vendors, and events) ensuring smooth, safe, high‑energy experiences.
  • Curate the Experience: Handle guest feedback with authenticity and care, cultivating a space where people feel welcome and want to return.
  • Own the Numbers: Manage budgets, monitor revenue and costs, and keep financial performance on target while maintaining top‑tier service.
  • Push the Brand: Work with Blueprint’s marketing team on creative campaigns, themed events, and collaborations that drive buzz and fill the room.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all liquor, safety, and licensing requirements are met and maintain professionalism behind the party.
  • Be Hands‑On: Step in where needed (on the floor, behind the bar, or with the team) leading by example every night.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of management experience in a club, bar, or live entertainment venue.
  • A strong understanding of nightlife culture, hospitality, and guest flow dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Liquor Act, Health & Safety, and venue compliance standards.
  • Confidence managing budgets, reporting, and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • A passion for music, events, and creating next‑level guest experiences.
