(NRI) is a Canadian company that provides complete turnkey development and operating management for recreational facilities across Canada.Upper Canada College, located in the heart of Toronto, is the home of the William P. Wilder Arena & Sports Complex, a two-pad arena with multiple grass fields, an artificial turf field (partially enclosed in winter), indoor tennis courts and gymnasiums.NRI is interested in attracting and retaining a talented team member who is experienced in communication with multiple stakeholders, enthusiastic and able to represent NRI and the client with professionalism and a community focus.*The General Manager is responsible for:*· Day to day administration, operation and management of the complex;· Coordinating, negotiation and implementing third-party services and supplier contracts;· Facility programming development in conjunction with other senior management and stakeholders;· Facility maintenance;· Annual capital and operation budget preparation;· Supervision & team support, training and performance management of staff;· Relationship management with all stakeholders including the College, tenants, facility users, and the public with respect to operational issues; and other duties and activities required to meet the responsibilities of the facility operations;· Security in coordination with the in-house team;· Other duties and activities required to meet the responsibilities of the facility operations.Minimum job requirements: 5 years experience in arena and soccer facility management and/or degree in a related field.*Closing Date: August 18, 2025*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Casual dress* Company events* Dental care* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Profit sharing* RRSP match* Vision care* Wellness programWork Location: In person
