We’re seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our ETS Chief Operating Officer team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with domain leads, Finance, and key stakeholders to drive financial transparency and support strategic decision-making. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze infrastructure spending and identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Build financial models and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes
  • Develop robust analytics to increase transparency and support data-driven decisions
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally within financial services
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technology and related financials (e.g., data centers, servers/storage, networks)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint, and Word
