Our client is a leading electronic manufacturing and design services company providing circuit design, PCB layout, bare board manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing and box build for proto‑type and low‑to‑mid volume productions. They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager based with at least 5 years strong and successful sales experience in the Electronics Market.

Your new role

In this new role, you will work closely and report to the COO. You will be responsible for attaining bookings required for the company to grow and be profitable. You will be responsible for specific assigned accounts as well as winning new accounts. And finding and signing and managing reps in your region. In this role you will be responsible for working with the inside sales team as well as the rest of the team to successfully service the customers. You will drive business development, sales, and overall revenue growth. You will be responsible for articulating and presenting the value of their offering to decision makers, expertly managing the complex sales cycles.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience the Electronics Market ideally with prior experience selling PCBs Or PCBA or PCB Design. Outstanding communication and presentation skills complimenting your ability as a self-starter. Prior relationships and networks as well as pre-existing relationships with decision makers will be some of your key success factors.
