Job Description
Outside Sales / Business Development – Freight Division
Location : Hamilton, ON
Compensation : Competitive base salary $45,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience) + 3–5% monthly revenue commission + travel reimbursement + company vehicle use
OTE (Total Compensation) : $75,000–$105,000+ annually (depending on performance and experience)

We’re looking for a motivated professional to help us build new business, secure freight contracts, and grow our client network. This is a forward-facing role that blends sales strategy with genuine relationship-building. Successful candidates will have an opportunity of a clear path toward becoming a Business Development Manager within 12–18 months. As the freight division grows, this role will expand into broader business development across logistics, storage, steel, and trucking.
