With a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and craftsmanship, the company partners with leading hospitality groups, real estate developers, architects, and premium retailers across North America and worldwide.

To support continued growth in the Canadian market, we are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be based in Toronto. This is a strategic commercial role focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-based sales.

Position Summary :

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding the companys footprint across Canada, particularly within the hospitality, luxury residential, and commercial real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, understand technical product specifications, and engage decision-makers such as architects, designers, procurement managers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the hospitality, multi-residential and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, construction firms, developers, and distributors.
  • Promote the companys full range of premium wellness products (e.g., hot tubs, steam showers, spa systems), aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track all business development activities in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in construction materials, interior finishes, luxury goods, or wellness-related products.
  • Strong network within the architecture, design, or construction ecosystem in Canada is a significant asset.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand product specifications and installation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong drive for results.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as needed.
