What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the front line of SimuTech’s growth strategy—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across target markets. Through disciplined prospecting, curiosity, and customer‑focused communication, you’ll create high‑quality sales opportunities that expand our reach and accelerate pipeline generation.

Drive Pipeline Generation & Qualification
  • Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Rapidly qualify inbound and marketing‑generated leads to identify fit and potential opportunity.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
Lead Management & CRM Discipline
  • Own lead follow‑up within SLA standards; no lead left behind.
  • Update and manage all activity in CRM to ensure accurate pipeline and conversion tracking.
Messaging & Discovery Excellence
  • Conduct effective discovery to uncover technical and business pain points.
  • Communicate SimuTech’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Collaboration & Sales Enablement
  • Provide frontline insights to Sales and Marketing on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Contribute to scripts, talk tracks, and objection‑handling playbooks.

Required Experience
  • 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in a technical, SaaS, or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
