Currently, we are searching for a Business Development Representative who is eager to take the lead and contribute to our high-performing, award-winning Sales team!

The work of a Business Development Representative is crucial for the growth of our company. This professional will focus on expanding sales within specific business niches and geographic regions by exploring and cultivating new opportunities, primarily through in-person meetings or phone conversations. Their success in this position will depend on their ability to effectively communicate the advantages of our products and services, fostering strong relationships with customers that will contribute to the expansion of the customer base.

Business Development Representative will:
  • Identify and assess potential customers through daily face-to-face interactions
  • Highlight the benefits of our product features to potential customers to ensure they receive the most value
  • Prioritize and manage leads effectively to maximize efficiency
  • Record and track all sales activities accurately in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape in the telecommunications industry
  • Participate in sales meetings to strategize on deals and pipeline growth
  • Utilize various sales and marketing techniques to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
We are seeking individuals who:
  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, are self-motivated, and possess a growth mindset
  • Have a passion for sales and are constantly looking to improve their skills
  • Are ambitious and eager to advance their sales career
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating to attain challenging objectives in a fun and high-performance culture
  • Enjoy conversing with the CEO and senior management regarding important objectives and enjoy asking questions to enhance their knowledge of a company
  • Recognize that sales outcomes are determined by the level of activity and effort exerted.
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday with optional Saturday
  • Can commute to our office daily
