A leading content solutions provider based in Canada is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities in banking, enterprise technology, and the public sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with strong consultative selling skills and a background in professional services. This role offers a dynamic work environment with remote flexibility and opportunities for travel.

Blending consultative relationship management with proactive business development, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is a dual-function sales role designed to drive both account expansion and new business growth across Innovatia’s core markets: Banking, Enterprise Technology, and Public Sector. This individual will manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts while actively developing new opportunities aligned to Innovatia’s professional service offerings in Learning, Technical Writing, and Content Strategy.

Location: Remote Canada (with travel to client sites and conferences expected)
