Our Ideal Candidate

Allnorth seeks a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager, Major Projects to lead long-term growth and client engagement in our Major Projects group. This senior role involves shaping and executing growth strategies, securing multi-million-dollar opportunities, and positioning Allnorth as a trusted partner in energy, resources, infrastructure, and other sectors.

Reporting to the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer and working with the VP Operations, the successful candidate will expand market presence, develop the opportunity pipeline, and mentor regional BD leaders. Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and build valuable partnerships is essential.

A Day in the Life

  • Drive revenue by securing new major projects, expanding existing accounts, and enhancing client retention.
  • Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Major Projects, aligned with growth objectives.
  • Support local BD teams to meet opportunity creation and win targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients and establish “Trusted Advisor” status.
  • Collaborate internally to identify market opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Lead proposal pricing, contract renewals, and key account management.
  • Represent Allnorth at industry events and client meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coach and develop high-performing BD teams.
  • Build partnerships with Indigenous communities and industry associations.
