A leading insurance company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Montreal to foster relationships with brokers and drive growth in the Lower Middle Market segment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in underwriting or sales within commercial lines and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners in the assigned region, with a focus on the Lower Middle Market Segment. The BDM will serve as an ambassador for Chubb, overseeing agency relationship management, new client acquisition, and client retention, while consistently achieving key performance metrics such as Gross Written Premium growth, new business generation, profitability, new agency appointments, and increased market visibility.
A valid driver’s license is required.
