    Compensation & Growth
    • Base salary : $40,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience.
    • Uncapped commissions : $60–$1,000 per sale.
    • Team overrides : 20% bonus on every sale made by your recruited team.
    • Career advancement to General Sales Manager or Vice President within 12–24 months.
