We are specifically looking for a BDM to work remotely but be located in Alberta.

We're actively seeking a self-led sales pro who can build from scratch, drive deals, and deliver results in the Western Canada and US markets.

Your Impact:

You won’t simply sell services, you’ll strategically build Punchcard’s future client base and revenue growth.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Owning net-new business development in Western Canada and the US.
  • Building and managing a regional pipeline (predominantly new business expected).
  • Expertly communicate Punchcard’s unique value proposition around Digital Workplace Solutions, Custom App Development, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls as a consultative partner, helping clients clearly understand how Punchcard solves their pressing business and technology challenges.
  • Closing deals, not just booking meetings.
  • Regularly collaborating with Delivery for pre-deal structure.
What You Bring:
  • You’ve closed custom software development or consulting services B2B deals before (and have stories to prove it).
  • You have 5 years of business development experience, preferably in heavy industry verticals and regulated industries.
  • You’re a builder, not just a responder (not an account management role).
  • You’re confident in the field, not just online (yes you have to go see clients and prospects).
  • You know how to follow up quickly and log your activities.
Compensation / Location / Reporting
  • Base + Commission (OTE ~$200K)
  • Remote role | Edmonton location preferred
  • Reports to Head of Sales & RevOps
