A leading insurance company in Toronto is seeking a Business Development Manager for Group Life and Accident & Health. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants and brokers to achieve sales targets and manage accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of group insurance. KEY OBJECTIVE: The Business Development Manager (BDM), A&H is responsible for growing the Group Life and Accident & Health (A&H) business through new business acquisition and renewal management by building and maintaining strong, viable consultant and broker relationships. This position is primarily responsible for portfolio management within the Central Region, and other territories as needed.
