Position Description

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.   • Client Acquisition : Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in priority trade lanes within ocean and air freight, leveraging market insights and industry expertise to drive sustainable growth.
  • Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Market Intelligence : Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the seamless delivery of client solutions.
