As a Business Development Manager at Plenti, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our consumer lending portfolio while expanding our brand presence within your designated state. This dynamic, field-based position will require you to identify, acquire, and manage new broker accounts while strengthening and nurturing relationships with aggregator partners. You will implement and execute strategic sales initiatives, aimed at maximising market share and fostering customer loyalty across our personal loan and automotive lending products.
Your role will also include representing Plenti at industry events, actively engaging with broker partners, and being a key ambassador for the brand. In addition to managing broker relationships, you will mentor and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers within your territory, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team achieves its collective goals.
To succeed, you’ll leverage your extensive network, industry expertise, and passion for sales to drive results and be a trusted partner to both brokers and internal teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is comfortable working autonomously while balancing cross-functional collaboration.
