Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our security guarding services across Western Canada. This quota-carrying role requires a professional adept at navigating RFP processes, cultivating and managing client relationships, and maintaining an active pipeline of short- and long-term clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the security services sector or relevant experience in security operations, client service, or contract management. This role will report to both the Director of Business Development with a dotted line to the VP Western Canada Operations.
