Job Responsibilities
  1. Focus on Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) Clients: Build deep connections to acquire new clients while thoroughly nurturing existing relationships. Establish long-term, strong trust-based partnerships, positioning yourself as a core partner in managing the family wealth of clients.
  2. Uncover Client Needs: Delve into clients' personalized needs in areas such as family succession planning, asset preservation and appreciation, and cross-border affairs. Accurately understand their family planning goals (e.g., intergenerational wealth transfer, tax optimization, risk isolation) to lay the foundation for customized services.
  3. Proactively Seek High-Quality Clients: Actively expand through client referrals and high-end professional networks to identify and acquire high-quality new clients, with a focus on client groups requiring the establishment of family offices, cross-border asset allocation, and citizenship/residency planning.
  4. Provide Tailored Comprehensive Solutions: Accurately align company services with client needs, designing and delivering customized, multifaceted solutions. Key areas include but are not limited to:
    • Planning, establishment, and annual maintenance services for Singapore family offices.
    • Design and implementation support for global real estate allocation strategies.
    • Coordination and management of cross-border services (e.g., company annual reviews, personal/corporate bank account opening, company secretarial services, Singapore landing support packages).
    • Strategic advice and structural design for overseas insurance, funds, trusts, and other financial instruments.
    • Customization and execution of citizenship/residency planning solutions.
  5. Ensure Strict Compliance: Strictly adhere to all internal company policies and procedures while fully complying with the regulatory requirements of relevant jurisdictions. Ensure all activities, particularly family office establishment and cross-border services, are conducted according to the highest compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields. A solid foundational knowledge is essential. Prior knowledge or experience in family offices, cross-border asset allocation, trusts, or related areas is highly preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a relationship manager or advisor in wealth management, private banking, or family office settings. Experience in serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and familiarity with their acquisition and conversion processes.
  3. Interpersonal and Client Service Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Highly proficient in professional customer relationship management (CRM). Capable of accurately understanding the complex needs of UHNW families, providing tailored solutions, and establishing long-term, trustworthy partnerships.
  4. Compliance and Regulation: In-depth and systematic understanding of the regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions. Must ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in business operations.
  5. UHNW Client Expertise: Demonstrable and significant experience in providing in-depth services to UHNW clients. Possess a profound understanding of business dynamics and client needs in global real estate allocation, cross-border financial services, and citizenship/residency planning. Able to accurately identify client requirements and deliver high-quality, customized services.
