The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving new business growth within the Canadian market, identifying and onboarding corporate and institutional clients, and building long-term relationships built on trust and service excellence. The role combines high-volume outbound sales activity with a strong focus on compliance, risk management, and client due diligence, ensuring all business brought onboard meets Monex’s regulatory and quality standards. This role requires resilience, commercial acumen, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and regulatory obligations.
