We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Consultant to support our Technician Field teams' performance through strategic incentives management and performance optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational team that leverages business and financial acumen to drive tangible outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the successful candidate, you’ll partner closely with field teams, leaders, sales support, and channel marketing to enhance sales performance and productivity through data-driven insights, incentive program execution, and performance management strategies.
