  • Collaborate with local sales management leaders to raise awareness and identify opportunities to promote the Advanced Planning and Services offering.
3. Strengthen Local Relationships to Enhance BWT Delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of TOE capabilities and cultivate strong working relationships with local partners.
  • Coordinate the integration of TOE members into relevant planning engagements.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external specialists such as niche tax advisors, business consultants, valuators, family facilitators, and legal professionals, engaging them as needed in the advance wealth planning process.
4. Contribute to the Success and Growth of the BWT Team
  • Assist in the development and refinement of processes, policies, and tools to continually enhance the advance wealth planning offering.
