About the role

As the Business Analyst, with a core focus on our Yardi Platform, you will be responsible for developing and supporting reporting requirements, leading data visualization tools, and assisting with system upgrades and implementation plans. This includes research, testing, documentation, training, and the “go‑live” rollout of business applications. The role involves working in a complex and fast‑paced environment and requires a keen curiosity about supporting various applications, business operations, and development in additional technical areas.

  • You optimally facilitate discussions between IT, consulting teams, and business owners to clarify requirements or their implementation.
  • You can translate business needs into clear, measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria.
  • You are comfortable working on multiple features, rollouts, or improvement projects of varying size and complexity, with conflicting deadlines in a team environment.
What you’ll bring
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ business analysis, preferably on Yardi Voyager.
  • An analytical self‑starter, creative problem solver, and fast learner who takes the initiative to solve and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience with integrating various systems and data management focus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a vast array of information, and present in an organized manner at any time.
  • Experience with Core enterprise applications includes Yardi Voyager 7s, Yardi PayScan, Yardi Facility Manager, Yardi Energy, Spreadsheet Server, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is preferred, along with experience in Yardi Spreadsheet Reports.
  • The ability to create and modify reports using SQL, including the ability to work with numerous custom programming, is imperative.
  • Technical and Accounting background in the Commercial Real Estate environment.
