Overview

Job Description: The Business Analyst will understand customer experience and business needs while aligning with the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. This role involves documenting business architecture diagrams, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and customer experience requirements in alignment with digital transformation initiatives.
• Document business architecture, including value stream, context, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making with all levels of stakeholders to ensure business value and customer experience objectives are met.
• Champion best practices in business analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and communicated.

Required Experience / Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation, and documentation.
• Skilled in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Proficient with Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, and BPMN.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Understanding of technical architecture concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience engaging with executives, leadership, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
