The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Promotions & Reconciliation to join our Finance and Business Analysis teams. You’ll manage credits and promotional allowances, trade spend reconciliation, and performance reporting, helping us understand how our retail programs drive results and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and validate credits, promotions and trade allowances with distributors and retailers (e.g., UNFI, KeHE).
  • Reconcile promotional spend, deductions, and payments to ensure balanced accounts.
  • Develop and refine models to evaluate promotion performance and ROI.
  • Support forecasting, accruals, and monthly trade spend reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to identify process improvements and spend optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent handling of promotions and deductions.
Qualifications
  • Must‑Have: Degree in Business, Math, Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, accounting, finance, or trade spend management.
  • Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice‑to‑Have: ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Familiarity with CPG trade spend or retailer / distributor finance.
