Responsibilities
  • Business and clinical requirements identification and documentation, including:
  • Coordinating requirements workshops, site surveys and requirements questionnaires.
  • Documentation of business requirements.
  • Test case writing, testing and test coordination.
  • Clinical stakeholder user engagement, clinical change management and communications.
  • Coordination of technical resources, for Nurse Call, Wi-Fi, and network configuration, for example.
  • Coordination of facilities management resources, for site surveys, electrical and millwork.
  • Development of a repeatable intake support process and application call flow design that can be used across successive clinical departments.
  • Development of repeatable requirements identification processes that can be used across successive clinical departments.
  • Detailed review and clinical approval of use cases against call flow designs.
  • Discovery and detailed requirements for system integrations.
  • Discovery and detailed business and ‘Non Functional Requirements’ (NFR’s) for Nurse Call integration.
  • Hands‑on configuration of call flows and expression rules, as applicable.
  • Coordination and hands‑on involvement with user adoption strategy and use adoption training with end‑users.
  • Participation in go‑live support and end use adoption with training sessions.
  • Coordination of Vocera inventory for:
  • Badges;
  • Software licenses;
  • Battery chargers;
  • Badge accessories; and
  • Nurse Call – call points, as well as possibility for other integration data management.
  • Documentation and transitioning work to operational teams, including gathering all required sign‑offs as well as having a period of supporting transition.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 5+ years of experience with business requirements and use case development and analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with user adoption strategies (change management and training plans).
  • 5+ years of experience managing department requirement matrixes across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with voice call flows.
  • Experience with unified communications solutions.
  • Experience managing end user asset management with multiple parts and complex licenses (e.g., Vocera badges, batteries, chargers, headsets, licensing assignments, etc.).
  • Experience with end user training in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with call flow design and build.
  • Experience with clinical communication and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience with Vocera.
  • Experience with Vocera integration engine call Engage and writing Engage expression rules.
  • Experience with clinical nurse call solutions and integration with Vocera.
