Job summary

Toronto Public Library is seeking a Business Analyst to support the ePMO and enterprise projects at the Deer Park Branch in Toronto. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to drive project success.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in business analysis and process management, strong data visualization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Minimum five (5) years experience in business analysis andprocess management with proven ability to lead stakeholders through detailed requirements gathering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, tact, influencing, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and other business mapping applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio

Responsibilities
