Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Regina, SK

Overview

Charter is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month engagement beginning March 2026. The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst bridging business needs and IT solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with contact centre technology projects and SaaS projects would be an asset. Active Business Analyst certifications (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are required.

Location: Regina, SK. Term: 12 months. Onsite/remote: Hybrid*

*must be available to attend meetings onsite.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst bridging business needs and IT solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and driving value for diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience/deep knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Contact Centre Technology projects.
• Education: Business Analyst certifications (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required
• General understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
• Experience with SDLC best practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
• Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.
• Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts.
• Experience logging defects and enhancements.
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
