Job summary

CG is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to perform data analysis and collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, define, and drive project requirements. You will manage backlog prioritization, support delivery planning, and conduct UAT, basic DB queries, and issue resolution.

As Product Owner, you will challenge requirements, negotiate priorities, and coordinate with global teams across AMER and Asia, ensuring compliance considerations are incorporated in the design of applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Missions :

Responsabilités :

• Effectuer des analyses de données et collaborer avec les équipes d'affaires et TI afin de recueillir, définir et faire progresser les exigences des projets.
• Gérer la priorisation du backlog et soutenir la planification des livraisons.
• Effectuer les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT), réaliser des requêtes de base dans les bases de données, diagnostiquer les problèmes et contribuer à leur résolution.
• Agir à titre de Product Owner en remettant en question les exigences, en négociant les priorités et en favorisant l'obtention d'un consensus entre les différentes parties prenantes.
• Comprendre les exigences en matière de conformité et de réglementation et contribuer à la conception ainsi qu'à l'architecture des applications de conformité.
• Prendre en charge des projets critiques et diriger les réunions du comité opérationnel et du comité de pilotage.
• Coordonner les priorités des projets avec des équipes internationales situées dans les régions AMER et en Asie.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de soutien à la production afin de résoudre les incidents de production de niveau 3.
• Diriger les sprints de projet, les cérémonies Scrum et les réunions de mise en production avec les parties prenantes.

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Excellente compréhension des technologies sous-jacentes aux applications bancaires.
• Bonne connaissance des infrastructures, des applications Web, des systèmes d'exploitation Unix et Windows ainsi que des applications infonuagiques.
• Capacité à analyser des problèmes et à discuter des solutions avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
• Expérience en gestion de projet.
• Expérience à titre de Scrum Master et/ou de Product Owner.
• Expérience avec JIRA pour la gestion du backlog et des tâches.
• Expérience préalable avec des applications bancaires développées en Java et avec les technologies infonuagiques.
• Solides connaissances de SQL et des bases de données Big Data.
• Expérience dans la manipulation de grands ensembles de données et dans l'analyse de données.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
