As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support governance frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.

• Build reliable, optimized databases tailored to operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira,…).
• Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Support the implementation of a unified KPI governance framework and standardize reporting templates.
• Collaborate on tool selection and integration for test case and issue tracking.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.
• A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
• Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
