The Burger’s Priest in Burlington is hiring a Crew member to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, prepare and cook food, and work safely with kitchen equipment while keeping the area clean and organized.

We value teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a positive work environment. A Safe Food Handler certificate is required, prior line cook experience is a plus, and wages start at $17.95 per hour plus tips, with discounts on meals.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Follow recipe and presentation specifications
• Prepare, season and cook food as directed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adopt a "clean as you go" mentality and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies
• Be a team player by assisting co-workers as needed

What We Are Looking For From You

• Someone with high standards who ensures the perfect burger is served to our guests every time
• Passionate about food
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with the ability to multitask
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must posses safe food handlers certificate
• Bonus points for previous experience as a line cook
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in hot environments
