• Perform routine repairs and maintenance, such as fixing doors and windows.
• Conduct minor electrical work, including wiring and lighting repairs.
• Carry out plumbing tasks like repairing leaks and replacing fixtures.
• Handle carpentry work including assembling furniture and installing shelves.
• Undertake general upkeep duties such as painting and cleaning gutters.
• Respond promptly to client or resident requests for fixes and improvements.
• Maintain tools in good condition and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

Job description

Basic Salary: Up To $2200 (Based on experience!)

Gross: $2600-$3000

Working Hours: 5.5 days
