Qualifications

  • Building Systems Technician Certificate or equivalent required.
  • Fifth Class Power Engineer’s Certificate or equivalent is necessary.
  • Refrigeration Engineer’s Certificate or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in building maintenance and control systems is preferred.
  • Basic MS Windows and Office application skills are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Provide first level support for technicians as required.
  • Conduct field surveys and inspections for data collection.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  • Compile and maintain records associated with the position.

Skills

Building Systems Technician Certificate
Fifth Class Power Engineer’s Certificate
Refrigeration Engineer’s Certificate
Experience in building operation and maintenance
Knowledge of related technical principles
Basic computer skills (MS Windows and Office)
Ability to deal with conflict
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Attention to accuracy and detail
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
