Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience or more in a coordination/administration/management position.
• Extensive experience in buildings and infrastructures projects.
• Experience in major projects including industrial, municipal and transit building/structures.

Responsibilities

• Supports managers and project teams in organizing and tracking project activities.
• Prepares workplans and assists in proposals for projects.
• Understands project drawings, specifications and drafts technical documents.
• Tracks progress and communicates updates to managers and team members.
• Initiates subcontracts and orders, reviews invoices.
• Maintains budgets and forecasts.
• Organizes and reports project statistics and information.
