Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a related field of study such as Building/ Architectural Science, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of building science, evaluation, design, and new construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site reviews of residential projects.
• Review waterproofing, roofing, and cladding systems.
• Coordinate site issues with contractors and trades.
• Prepare Tarion documents and progress reports.
• Perform field testing of structural and building systems.
