Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a Building Operator (Maintainer) in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certification and experience in building operation. Responsibilities include maintenance of building systems, conducting inspections, and emergency response. A valid driver’s license is required. This position is safety sensitive and involves a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate is required.
• 3-5 years of Building Operation experience is required.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and correct deficiencies.
• Respond to emergency requirements and be on call for after-hours.
