Job summary

Groupe MACH in Ottawa is seeking a Mobile Building Operator to oversee daily building operations and ensure reliable maintenance of systems and equipment. You will be the primary liaison with tenants and coordinate with the Operations Manager to uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, owns a vehicle, and can navigate maintenance challenges while delivering exceptional customer service. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; building maintenance asset is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
• Must have own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).

Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager , the mobile building Operator is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the buildings assigned to him.

• Daily operations of buildings.

• Ensure systems are maintained or upgraded in accordance with industry best practices and manufacturer’s recommendations to prevent or quickly resolve system failures, thereby avoiding service disruption and loss.
• Mobile Technician.
• Be available at all times to respond to emergencies.
• Perform all related tasks.

Qualifications :

• Have at least a high school level indiploma. Professional studies certificate building maintenance, an asset.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
• Must have their own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

The salary range is between $66,000 and $71,000, depending on experience
