Qualifications

• Competence with Microsoft Office for reports and communication.
• Conduct routine inspections for maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain property equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee operations of chillers, boilers, HVAC, and emergency generators.
• Conduct preventive maintenance assessments and inspections.
• Respond quickly to tenant and management requests.
• Participate in occupational health and safety programs.
