Johnson Controls is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to service busy school environments in Regina, Canada. You will perform preventative and demand maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure reliable facility services.
The role requires a two-year technical degree or commensurate experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Monday–Friday shift with potential on-call after training.

Working within busy School environments, perform a variety of assigned Facility Maintenance tasks including scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled demand maintenance events. Apply knowledge, skills, and experience to work with the operations team and be able to work independent.
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Start times may vary, and end times may extend based on operational needs. After the training period, this role will participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage.

Pay Rate: $31.02 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
